Based in Brighton in the South East, I regularly cover corporate events and conferences across Sussex, London, Kent, Surrey and Hampshire, as well as the wider UK and Europe.
How quickly will we receive the images?
Standard turnaround is 72 hours from the end of your event. Images are delivered fully edited in a secure online gallery, ready for download and marketing use.
Do you offer faster delivery if we need images for press or social media?
Yes. Next-business-day delivery is available (£200), and I can also provide a same-day highlight preview (typically 20–30 key images) for immediate PR, announcements or internal communications (£350)
What’s included in your coverage?
All packages include on-site photography, professional editing, colour-grading and high-resolution delivery with commercial usage for marketing and internal communications.
Can you provide additional photographers or videography?
For larger conferences or multi-room events, I work with a trusted network of experienced creatives to scale coverage when needed.
How do we secure a date?
A signed agreement and booking fee confirm your date in the diary. For peak periods, earlier booking is recommended.
